The Place & Page, LLC ("The Place & Page," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at theplaceandpage.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Our website has two separate sign-up forms, and they collect different information.

The bookstore interest list collects your first name, email address, ZIP code (optional), interest selections, and any written response you choose to include in the open field.

The Tucson State of Reading list collects your email address only.

We also collect standard website analytics data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, general geographic location (city/region level), device type, and traffic source. Google may process cookies or similar online identifiers under its own privacy terms. We use this information in aggregate to understand and improve the site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the bookstore interest list to send occasional updates about The Place & Page, including store progress, opening announcements, reading recommendations, and early supporter opportunities.

We use the Tucson State of Reading list only to announce new editions of the research and occasional notes related to it. Addresses given for the research list are not used for bookstore mail, and the two lists are not combined. We use analytics data to understand how visitors interact with our site and to improve it over time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Store Your Information

Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service. You can review Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Email Communications

By joining either list, you agree to receive occasional emails from The Place & Page. Unsubscribing from one does not unsubscribe you from the other. We will not send frequent or unsolicited communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line or by contacting us directly.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@theplaceandpage.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as The Place & Page develops. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
